Learning and development forms a key part of the Group’s Employee Value Proposition and our training interventions aim to deliver well-rounded competent employees making valuable contributions resulting in personal growth and creating shareholder value. Talent Boards identify and ensure appropriate development opportunities are agreed and implemented to meet succession, motivation and retention needs. Promoting continuous learning and development enhances workplace engagement ensuring development requirements for succession are met resulting in effective leadership and transformation.
